Why would you like to join the Watson Preserve Ning Website? You must answer the question to join. Please let us know!
I visited the Preserve for a mushroom foray with David Lewis on Saturday and immediately saw what a special place it is. I am in the area occasionally and would like to know what's going on (and what's blooming!)

I volunteer as a Cross Timbers Master Naturalist. My SO and I are slowly visiting every State Park in Texas when we have time off. Along the way, we stop at preserves, reserves, refuges, parks, gardens, forests, produce stands, ice cream stands, lemonade stands, and whatever else looks interesting as an excuse to explore every inch of this state. Foraging (and eating!) is my passion but tidbits about native plants and animals occasionally work their way into my head. I have an iNat addiction and my name there is pynklynx.
