We are happy to report that the Chapman's orchids bloomed in good numbers this year, even though many were hidden by the brush. Photographers were able to find numerous subjects in the cleared area along the boardwalks. Our wildflower walk which was planned to coincide with their blooming was probably a week early this year. Peak bloom came just a little later.
